Sign up in-store or here to join the SushiDog Pack.
Every time you order in-store and scan your QR code, your points will be automatically added to your account. Alternatively, if you order via click and collect and checkout with your email affiliated with your SushiDog Pack account, your points will be added. You’ll receive 10 points for every £1 spent.
Your points will expire after a year of not ordering and scanning your loyalty pass. You will also not receive any email communication from SushiDog after a year of inactivity.
It’s now easier than ever to access your QR code. When you open the contact portal webpage on your phone, tap the share arrow, scroll down and tap the ‘add to homescreen’ button. In this app, you can keep track of how far you are away from your next reward, find your vouchers, and update your settings.
You can find this in the app or on your wallet pass.
Rewards can be redeemed based off the amount of live points you have in your account. For example, if you have 200 points you can redeem a free avocado portion to be added to your next order or you can save up to 400 points to redeem a free drink on your next order. Once you have redeemed your chosen reward, the points will be deducted from your live points. Tiers are based of how many points you have generated since being a SushiDog Pack member regardless of how many live points you currently have. Once you reach a new tier, you’ll receive an email with your new perks.
You’ll need to fill out the ‘Let’s get to know you better’ form in your welcome email when you sign up and you’ll receive the voucher the day of your birthday. * Birthday voucher only valid for customers who have visited once or more since signing up.
